Medication type
This drug is being developed for the potential treatment of chronic hepatitis C and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a respiratory disease caused by a specific type of virus.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PATIENTS WITH DECREASED KIDNEY FUNCTION OR ACTIVITY.
Phase 1 study.
12 hours fasting before medical exam.
You will receive $200 after completing the medical exam.
Participants must be fasted prior to dosing.
Participants will remain seated for at least four hours after taking the medication.
Blood volume: Male 92ml / Female 92ml (19 blood draws). One overnight blood draw.
A follow-up telephone call will be made to all participants approximately seven days following the last drug administration.
Your medical history and/or medication intake history may affect your participation on this study.
Please note that we are testing for drugs and alcohol during the medical evaluation.
