Medication type
This medication is indicated for the treatment of patients with Berger’s disease (kidney disease).
Notes
We are seeking men and women (post-menopausal or surgically sterile women: complete hysterectomy, bilateral oophorectomy or bilateral tubal ligation).
Phase 1 study.
Eight hours fasting before medical exam.
You will receive $100 after completing the medical exam.
Participants must be fasted prior to dosing.
Blood volume: Male 375ml / Female 375ml (21 blood draws).
Your medical history and/or medication intake history may affect your participation on this study.
Please note that we are testing for drugs and alcohol during the medical evaluation.
