Participants must be available to stay at our clinic for all of the dates listed above and/or in the notes below. All clinic stays and return visits are mandatory. Times are subject to change.
Medication type
For the treatment of ulcerative colitis, a chronic condition that causes inflammation and sores (ulcers) in the lining of the large intestine (colon) and rectum.
Notes
We are looking for participants with Ulcerative Colitus.
We are seeking men and post-menopausal or surgically sterile women (complete hysterectomy, bilateral oophorectomy or bilateral tubal ligation).
Phase 1 study.
Six hours fasting before medical exam.
You will receive $100 after completing the medical exam.
Participants must be fasted prior to dosing.
Participants will remain seated for at least four hours after taking the medication.
Blood volume: Male 282ml / Female 282ml (57 blood draws).
Overnight blood draws.

Your medical history and/or medication intake history may affect your participation on this study.
